John Hearle Tremaine, Esquire, Sheriff.

Thomas Stroud Luke, 25, committed by C. V. Le Grice, Clerk, charged with having feloniously and burglariously broken and entered
the Dwelling-house of John Trezise, the younger, and stealing therefrom several pieces of Silver Coin, amounting to between Five
and Ten Shillings, the property of the said John Trezise.     ~     Death Recorded.

Elizabeth Rodda, 33, Nicholas Wallis, 40, committed by John Scobell, Esq. Charged on oath with having feloniously stolen from the
person of William Dennis Lawry, Thirty-five Five Pound Notes, of the firm Messrs. Boase, Grenfell, and Co. of the town of Penzance,
Bankers of the value of Five Pounds each, payable on demand; also, an Order, drawn by W. Grenfell, one of the partners of the said
firm, for Eighty-one Pounds Five Shillings and Five Pence, payable to the said William Dennis Lawry or bearer, on demand, the
property of the said William Dennis Lawry.     ~     Rodda, Trans for Life. – Wallis, 14 years Transportation.

Francis Derrington, 28 committed by Thomas Huntley, Clerk, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen Two Yards and Three
Quarters of Blue Broad Cloth, about Thirty Yards of Printed Cotton, Three Norwich Silk Handkerchiefs, and various other Articles, of
the value of Five Pounds and upwards, the property of William Sowden.     ~     Seven years Transportation.

Nicholas Head, 19, committed by Joseph Pannery, Clerk, charged with oath while having feloniously stolen a Silver Watch, and other
Articles, the property of John Johns.  The said Nicholas Head also stands charged with stealing a Knife and a Pair of Braces, the
property of William Hore.     ~     Twelve months Imprisonment.

George Liddicoat, 16, committed by Humphrey Willyams, Esq. Charged with entering the Dwelling-house of James Bullock, with intent
to commit a Felony.     ~     Twelve months Imprisonment.

Mary Tinnery, 27, committed by John Braddon, Esq. Charged on suspicion of murdering her Bastard Child, and for concealing the Birth
thereof.     ~     Ten months Imprisonment.

Joseph Smith, 31, James Goodfellow, 35, committed by Richard Polwhele, Clerk, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen One
Parcel of Goods, of the value of Fifteen Pounds, the property of James Pascoe.  They also stand charged on oath with feloniously
stealing One Piece of Double Milled Olive Broad Cloth, of the value of Ten Pounds, the property of William Barrett, the younger.  The
said Joseph Smith is also charged on oath with feloniously stealing One Saddle, of the value of Thirty Shillings the property of William
Hoskings.  The said Joseph Smith is further charged on oath with having feloniously stolen a Pig, of the value of Four Pounds, the
property of Humphrey Keam.     ~     Each Seven years Transportation.

George Hannaford, 45, committed by Thomas Huntley, Clerk, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen a Piece of Silk, on or
about the 19th of November last, of the value of One Pound Four Shillings, the property of William Sowden.     ~     Aquitted.

Abraham Roberts, 14, committed by Thomas S. Smyth, Clerk, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen a Silver Watch, the
property of John Werry.     ~     Death Recorded.

Edward Mitchell, 18, committed by John Davis, Clerk, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen from the Dwelling-house of
Thomas Bray, One Silver Watch, One Steel Chain, and One Metal Watch Key, the property of the said Thomas Bray.     ~     Seven
years Transportation.

Mary Ann Wheeler, 22, committed by Philip Rose, Esq. Mayor of Launceston, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen from the
Dwelling-house of William Dymond, Three Gold Rings, the property of the said William Dymond.     ~     Seven years Transportation.

John Smith, 20, James Harris, 21, William Mitchell, 33, Richard Curnow, 41, William Remphrey, 50, Thomas Prisk, 26, William
Gribble, 18, committed by Nicholas Kendall and Henry Thompson, Esqrs. Charged on oath with having committed a Riot at Fowey
Consols, and Lanscott Mines, in the Parish of Tywardreath, and with having refused to disperse at the end of one hour after the Riot
Act had been duly read.     ~     Discharged.

James Jose, 30, committed by J. Borlase, Esq. Charged on oath with having stolen a quantity of Barley, the property of Samuel
Chittock.     ~     Transported for Life.

John Pope, the younger, 33, committed by William Little, Esq. Thomes Ley Hunt, Clerk, and John Coryton Roberts, Esq. Charged on
oath with having in the month of January last, feloniously with menaces demanded of Richard Lyne, with intent to steal the same, a
certain quantity of Cyder.  The said John Pope further stands charged with having, ditto the 10th day of February last, feloniously sent
a Letter to William Rowe, threatening to burn and destroy his House and Property.     ~     No Bill.

Cecilia Lee, 19, committed by Richard Watts, Gent, Mayor of Camelford, charged on oath with having feloniously stolen from the person
of James Tom, a Purse, containing Two Five Pound Bills of the East Cornwall Bank.     ~     Transported for Life.
